I am a quick learner; employers will not have to waste tons of their time teaching me about how to do a specific job or how the industry works. During my placement in the UK I was able to take over the role of HR Associate without previous experience and even delivered great results such as, creating a partnership with a University to attract international talent to our company, represented the company professionally at several business events, optimized the recruiting and employee performance tracking system by implementing easy to use templates and MS. Excel tables, and successfully recruited and enrolled high calibre individuals for different areas within the company. I believe I am the right candidate because I have such broad experience in different areas of expertise such as HR, marketing, sales, manufacturing and freelancing, which has given me a first-person point of view of how employees perceive management and what they would expect from it. This experience, plus my knowledge, can bring great results for the company hiring me. Moreover, having lived in four different countries during the past 10 years of my life has given me a great understanding of how different cultures work, has improved my communication skills and my teamwork abilities.
