I've been described as a coconut - referring to the fact that I grew up in the UK even though I'm originally from Kerala. I graduated from Kerala University while working full time with Allianz Insurance. Allianz has taught me a lot about corporate life, but a lot more about Indian festivals and desserts. I'm currently a student at Anglia Ruskin University pursuing my masters in International Business. Outside of work, I spend my time nurturing my cacti collections who tirelessly listen as I practice my university presentations. I'll be willing to relocate to West London if I've been given the chance.

My role was to understand the customer's requirements, concerns, queries and resolve/escalate their complaints to the concerned departments and upsell policies in the 'Small animal' department of Allianz Pet Insurance in their off-shore customer service unit in India.

- Being an excellent communicator I take pride in making sure that customers and colleagues have the correct and up-to-date information because it drives better results, in fact, my customer satisfaction scores were almost always above 85%.

- Reduced the quality errors of my team of 10 dramatically in a period of 3 months by conducting internal call audits and providing feedbacks and compliments to ensure that quality is met as a team.
