I am currently about to round up my MSc in Mechanical Engineering with Management in Queen’s University of Belfast, UK, where I learned about mechanical parts and the underlying technology, Quality Control, Design software which includes MSC Patran/ Nastran, AutoCAD, ANSYS, Abaqus, MATLAB and Solidworks and how to manage production processes and teams, thus setting me up for a career in the field. Rather proficient in solid and fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, control, instrumentation, Quality, design, and manufacturing, with an understanding of mechanical systems. I have developed competency and skills that include the latest advances in engineering disciplines of energy, power, manufacturing, Quality and design. In addition to covering the latest engineering technology, I have been well equipped with the creative, commercial, business and management skills that are necessary to be an innovator, entrepreneur and industry leader. In this field, it has been inculcated in me, a new way of viewing everything around, from the Dynamics of Machinery, Turbo-machines, tools and meteorology. My area of study includes: • Designing a structure based on Static & Dynamic Loads (using ANSYS) • Structural Analysis of Public Foot Bridges (using MSC Patran/ Nastran) • Optimizing design to achieve Objective Function (using MATLAB) • Topology Optimization (using Abaqus)
